Stoney Creek Group Campground is near the Stuart Arm of Trinity Lake in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. Campers at this site are close to the Stoney Creek Swim Area, but when the lake level begins to drop, the swim area is dry. Trinity Lake is popular for all kinds of boating and water sports, including waterskiing and wakeboarding. Some good hiking trails are nearby.
