Silver Lake Campground - June Lake Loop

Silver Lake Campground -June Lake Loop - is located at the north end of Silver Lake in the Eastern Sierra. The campground is close to excellent fishing, several marinas, boat rentals, scenic hiking trails, fine restaurants, and other attractions. A boat ramp is nearby. Silver Lake has a 10 MPH speed limit. Nearby Rush Creek is popular for fly fishing.

Silver Lake Campground offers some campsites along the creek while others are close to the lake. Many are exposed and can be windy at times. All 63 campsites can accommodate RVs, trailers and tents. A dedicated fish cleaning station has been set up away from the campground.

Key Silver Lake Campground Regulations

  1. Dogs must be on leash and attended at all times. No more than 2 pets are permitted per campsite at Gull Lake Campground.
  2. Fires are only allowed in fire rings.
  3. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  4. To avoid problems with bears, keep food in bear-proof lockers.
