Recreation Point Group Campground
Recreation Point Group Campground is at the north end of Bass Lake in the Sierra National Forest. Four-mile-long Bass Lake is a popular mountain recreation destination, offering fishing, boating, waterskiing, and hiking. Groups at Recreation Point can take advantage of the adjacent day-use area with a softball field, volleyball court, designated swim area, and other nice facilities. All around Bass Lake are other picnic areas, beaches, resorts, marinas, launch ramps, and trails.
Note: Many hazardous trees around Bass Lake campgrounds have recently been removed, leaving many campgrounds more exposed with fewer trees.
Recreation Point Group Campground has 4 tents-only group campsites close to the lake. All 4 of the group sites have very nice amenities. No trailers or RVs are allowed at the campsites.
