Hobson Beach & Faria Beach Campgrounds
Hobson Beach Campground and Faria Beach Campground are operated by Ventura County. The two small parks are located along the northern Ventura County coast. Both campgrounds offer many ocean-front sites along with some full hook-up sites that include cable TV. While most sites are occupied by RVs or trailers, some sites are suitable for tents. Between the two parks along the Pacific Coast Highway, and fronting the beach, is Rincon Parkway Campground, campsites for self-contained RVs or trailers.
Hobson Beach Park Campground has 31 campsites, some facing the beach and others with full hook-ups. Campsites may now be reserved.
Faria Beach Park Campground has 42 campsites, all closely packed together and fronting the ocean. Campsites at Faria Beach may also be reserved. At Faria campers are offered a range of amenities, including premium sites with full hook-ups.
Rincon Parkway Campground consists of 127 parking spots along the shoulder of Highway 1. Other than a few portable toilets, there are no facilities. A 5-day limit is placed on these sites. Reservations are now available.
General Camping Information
Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.
In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, obtain firewood locally.
