North Lake Campground
North Lake Campground sits at the end of North Lake Road, which leads off from Lake Sabrina Road less than a mile east of Lake Sabrina. Visitors to the campground find good fishing at 13-acre North Lake. With no motors allowed on the lake, anglers often use float tubes or small hand-launched row boats.
The campground is right on the trailhead for paths leading up to Lamarck Lake and Piute Lake. Bishop Pack Outfitters pack station is between the campground and North Lake. They offer trail rides and pack trips into the wilderness.
North Lake Campground has 11 first-come, first-served campsites among the trees. RVs and trailers are not allowed on the partially unpaved and narrow North Lake Road, so tent camping is the order of the day. Some of the nicest campsites require a short walk from the parking area. The maximum stay at the campground is 7 days.
General Camping Information
