Forks Campground
Forks Campground - Inyo National Forest visitors know they are only a short drive from two beautiful fishing lakes - South Lake and Lake Sabrina. Hikers often set out from the trailhead at Lake Sabrina into the Sabrina Basin for day trips or overnight stays at one of the picturesque alpine beautiful lakes.
Others set out from South Lake, finding a number of beautiful lakes only a few miles up the trail. Photographers and nature lovers gather in the Bishop Creek valley during autumn when the colors of the aspens are spectacular.
