Strawberry Point Campground
Strawberry Point Campground is on the north shore of Ice House Reservoir in the Crystal Basin area of Eldorado National Forest. The small campground offers more privacy than some of the larger campgrounds in the area. It is close to good boating, water skiing, fishing, swimming, and hiking. Reach Strawberry Point Campground by traveling 11 miles on Ice House Road off Highway 50 and then 3 miles on Forest Road 32 (Ice House/Wrights Lake Tie Road).
All 10 of the campsites at Strawberry Point Campground accept RVs, trailer, or tents. A bike trail leads from the campground west, connecting with Northwind Campground, the boat launch ramp, and Ice House Campground. There is no potable water at Strawberry Point Campground. Either bring water or use a proper water filter.
