Pardoes Point Campground

Pardoes Point Campground is located on the south shore of Lower Bear River Reservoir in the Eldorado National Forest. The tent-only campground is 4 miles south of Highway 88 on Bear River Road. Visitors to the campground are often interested in launching fishing boats into Lower Bear River Reservoir. A boat ramp is nearby. Adventurous campers hike to the upper Bear River Reservoir or enjoy horseback riding up the Long Valley Trail.

Pardoes Point Campground has 10 tent-only campsites. Site #10., which is adjacent to the boat ramp, is a double site for up to 12 people. A parking area at the campground is dedicated for campers hiking into Camp Winton, a Boy Scout Camp.
