Inn Town Campground

Newly opened in 2016, Inn Town Campground is a privately operated camping facility spread through a pine and cedar forest on the outskirts of historic Nevada City. Visitors to the campground enjoy exploring Nevada City as well as the splendor of the nearby Tahoe National Forest. Within easy driving distance are New Bullards Bar Reservoir, Scotts Flat Lake, mountain-biking and hiking trails, and Donner Summit ski resorts.

Inn Town Campground offers tent sites, RV sites with partial and full hook-ups, and Glamping campsites (furnished platform tents). A Commons area has laundry, restrooms, showers, a camp store, a kitchen, a seasonal swimming pool (opening 7in 2017), and other amenities. There is a 2-night minimum on weekends from April through October.

The 40 Tent sites have the feel of a national forest, with room for a single tent and up to 6 people. Some of the tent-sites are walk-ins.

The 18 RV sites vary in size, ranging up to 50 feet. Some sites have full hook-ups, while others have water and electricity.

Fifteen Glamping tents offer the luxuries of electricity, comfy mattresses, fresh linens, side tables, private porches or balconies and outdoor seating.
