Honeymoon Flat Campground

Honeymoon Flat Campground is one of several campgrounds along Robinson Creek, downstream from Twin Lakes in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The campground is divided into two sections, one on either side of the road. The west loop (Lower Honeymoon Flat Campground) has aspen along with lodgepole and Jeffrey pines for shade and shelter, while the loop on the east side of the road (Upper Honeymoon Flat Campground) is more open with fields of sage and only scattered trees - perfect for star gazing.

Supplies are only 8 miles away in Bridgeport or a couple of miles up the road at Twin Lakes Resort where they have a marina with boat rentals, a store, laundromat and showers, and an RV park.

Honeymoon Flat Campground has 28 campsites. Nineteen of the sites will accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. The other 9 are designated as tent-only sites. Some sites can accommodate large trailers or RVs.
