Crystal Cove State Park Camping at Moro Campground is located on a hillside overlooking the ocean, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The state park is spread along 3.2 miles of coast between Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. Attractions at the state park include sandy Moro Beach, the historic district of vintage beach homes, and tide pools. Divers find plenty to explore in the waters, including the wreckage of a Corsair F4U.

Crystal Cove State Park Camping at Moro Campground features 57 campsites. Of those, 27 are designated for RVs or trailers. They have water and electric hook-ups. Key Crystal Cove State Park Campground Regulations

    1. All tents must be free standing with no stakes.
    2. No fires are permitted, except self-contained, gas stoves or BBQs.
    3. Vehicles must be parked on the pavement within the campsite area.
    4. Dogs must be kept on leash and attended at all times. Dogs are not permitted on the beach. At night dogs must be confined to tent or vehicle.
    5. Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Generators may only be operated between 10 AM to 8 PM.

General Camping Information

Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.

In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, obtain firewood locally.

Accessible Sites

Designated Accessible sites are usually reserved for people with disabilities who have a vehicle displaying an accessible parking placard or license plate
