Antlers Campground
Antlers Campground is located in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, on the upper Sacramento Arm of Shasta Lake. Visitors to the campground have an abundance of recreational opportunities in the lake. Fishing, water skiing, wakeboarding, boating, and hiking are popular activities. While some sites are close to the water, direct access from the campground to the lake is difficult. The adjacent Antlers boat ramp provides easy access to Shasta Lake's expanse of water.
Antlers Campground has 49 campsites for RVs, trailers, and tents. Eight of the campsites are doubles. Some of the campsites have views of the lake, but most are set back among the trees. Oak and pine trees provide shade. Freeway noise can be heard throughout the campground.
General Camping Information
Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.
In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, obtain firewood locally.
