Spanish Creek Campground
Spanish Creek Campground is located in the Plumas National Forest, 8 miles north of Quincy. The campground loops are on a crook in Spanish Creek. A half mile downstream Spanish Creek empties into the North Fork of the Feather River. Visitors to the campground enjoy a nearby swimming hole on hot days (no lifeguard on duty) and fishing for rainbow trout in the creek and river.
Spanish Creek Campground has 21 sites, all of which can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Some of the sites are located on an upper loop a short distance from the creek, others are along the creek. A day-use area is part of the campground adjacent to the swimming hole.
Spanish Creek Campground also has 3 Group Campsites. Find sketch maps of the campground and the group site on the reservation page in Media Gallery at the bottom of the page.
