Hutchins Group Campground is on the northwest side of Bucks Lake in the Plumas National Forest. Visitors at the campground enjoy fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and boating. A boat launch ramp is nearby at Sandy Point. A lakeside beach there makes for great swimming (no lifeguard on duty).
Hutchins Group Campground has 3 group sites, all can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. Each site holds up to 25 people. The campground is among the trees, a short distance from the lake. Reservations are required.

Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation site, check to be sure your vehicle will fit your campsite.
Designated Accessible sites are usually reserved for people with disabilities who have a vehicle displaying an accessible parking placard or license plate.
