Cache Creek Regional Park is located in Yolo County along Highway 16, thirty-one miles northwest of Interstate 505 and 41 miles from Woodland. The park is a favorite destination for white water rafters, kayakers, hikers, and nature lovers. Park land is covered with oaks, pines, grasslands, meadows, and the riparian habitat along Cache Creek. A store, playground, and large grass area make it a popular place to relax. Temperatures at the campground can reach 100 degrees in the summer.
Cache Creek Regional Park Campground is in the middle section of three areas of the park. The campground has 45 campsites near a loop in the creek. Most sites are in the open with limited privacy. The campsites can accommodate RV camping and tent camping. Water is only available at the central dishwashing station and restrooms with flush toilets. Many campsites at Cache Creek Regional Park Campground may be reserved while about a third are available first-come, first-served. There are also 4 Group Campsites.
The campground is closed Mondays at noon and all day on Tuesdays. It reopens on Wednesdays at 3:00 PM.
Cache Creek Regional Park Group Campsites
Cache Creek Regional Park has 4 group campsites - A - D. Each campsite can accommodate up to 30 people and 10 vehicles. The campsites have a central turf area, shade trees, picnic tables, and a large fire ring. Site A has a wheelchair access area with room for 1 RV or 2 tents. Site D's immature trees offer limited shade.

General Camping Information
Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.
In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, obtain firewood locally.
Accessible Sites
Designated Accessible sites are usually reserved for people with disabilities who have a vehicle displaying an accessible parking placard or license plate.
