Forest Glen Campground
Forest Glen Campground rests along the South Fork Trinity River in the southern part of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest. The campground is 76 miles west of Red Bluff via Highway 36. Campers at Forest Glen enjoy fishing, hiking, and, when water levels are safe, swimming. Experienced rock climbers know about the nearby Marble Caves, limestone cliffs ranging up to 250-feet in height. Less than an hour away is beautiful Ruth Lake with boating, water skiing, and fishing.
Forest Glen Campground has 15 campsites which can accommodate tents and small RVs or trailers. All of the sites are first-come, first-served.
Nearby is the Forest Glen Guard Station, a forest service cabin built in 1916 that can be rented for $75 per night. This charming two-story cabin includes a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping for up to 8. Forest Glen Guard Station
