Quaking Aspen Cabin
Quaking Aspen Cabin is in the Sequoia National Forest about an hour from Springville. The cabin is situated just inside the Quaking Aspen Campground in the Giant Sequoia National Monument, part of Sequoia National Forest. Built in the 1930s, the rustic cabin was originally used by the Forest Service to house their workers. Now it is available for rent from mid-May through mid-October.
Because of its 7,200-foot elevation, visitors should be prepared for chilly nights, possible thunderstorms, and an occasional dusting of snow. Guests should contact the Ranger District before arrival to confirm that there are no conditions, such as fire or weather, that might affect their visit
