Uvas Canyon County Park Campground

Uvas Canyon County Park is on the eastern side of the Santa Cruz Mountains, west of Morgan Hill. The wooded acres of the park offer wonderful hiking trails that lead though shaded canyons and past sparkling waterfalls. The Waterfall Loop Trail is one of the most popular in the park.

Uvas Canyon County Park Campground has 25 single campsites which can accommodate RVs, trailers and tents.

Youth group tent camping for up to 50 people is available at Upper Bench Youth Camp. The fee is $175 per night. Each group campsite has picnic tables and a BBQ pit and/or fire ring. No fires are allowed on the ground. Wood gathering is not permitted. Fires in BBQ pits must be kept beneath the grate.

Key Campground Regulations

  1. Fires are only permitted in provided fire rings or BBQs.
  2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  3. Dogs/Pets: on leash. Pets may not be left unattended and must be confined at night.
  4. Park Gates are open from 8:00 am to sunset. No re-entry after gates close.

General Camping Information

Opening and closing dates of campgrounds are only estimates, usually dependent on weather conditions. Not all campsites can accommodate trailers or RVs of all lengths. If using a reservation website, check to be sure your vehicles will fit in the parking space for your campsite.
