Deer Flat Boat-in Campground
Deer Flat Boat-In Campground sits on a peninsula on the south side of New Hogan Lake. Campsites are only accessible by boat. Fluctuating water levels determine the size of the camp. In any case, camping is restricted the the portion of the peninsula north of a firebreak and fence.
Campers register for Deer Flat Boat-In Campground sites at the Fiddleneck Entrance Station or the Acorn Campground Entrance Station. Parking is at the Fiddleneck Day Use Area.
Deer Flat Boat-In Campground has 30 campsites, each designated by a fire ring. Campers are limited to an area within a 25 foot radius of the fire ring. There is no drinking water available at the campground.

In order to prevent the spread of invasive insects, obtain firewood locally.
